Rugby is a demanding, physical team game that began in England. During the 19th century, utilizing an egg-shaped ball on a field of grass. The goal is to surpass the other team in points by moving, tossing (only backward or sideways). Striking the ball to achieve tries or goals, with the 15-player (Union) and 7-player formats being the most commonly played.
